The audio guided shopping tour is part of the range of "Work & School", a project of AK Vienna and the Austrian Trade Union Federation.
It combines consumer education with direct experience in a familiar for the pupils situation - shopping.Pupils from the ninth grade to get closer in a five-hour workshop in the AK Vienna a lot of information and suggestions on the subject of "shopping" through experiential methods.
Shopping is part of everyday life of the pupils.
A portion of this workshop is the fact that pupils are accompanied with audio texts during this usual process, and so take a critical look at psychological, social and economic backgrounds of consumption.
